Cancellation / Late Policy

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled time, will be charged 50% of the service.
We offer a 15 minute grace period. After this time, the appointment is subject to be rescheduled and charged 50% of the service. No shows and appointments canceled within 24 hours are subject to a 100% of service charge.

Handicap Accessibility

Please note that Found Hair Studio is only accessible by stairs. If handicap accessibility is needed, please contact your service provider to make arrangements.
